Aitesa designs and supplies of a two steam recovery and thermal oil boilers for new cogeneration unit of the mexican company SKYTEX MEXICO, SA DE CV.

This new cogeneration unit which exchanges 5,6 MW in thermal oil boiler and generates 3,2 MW in steam recovery boiler, will be implemented in SKYTEX plant located in the Industrial Park Huejotzingo in Mexico.
These Heat Recovery Boilers will be installed behind 5 gas engines. It consists of a thermal oil boiler and low pressure steam recovery boiler. Flue gases come from gas engines yielding some part of it’s heat to heat the thermal oil for later use on the plant and then passed through the steam recovery boiler generating nominal steam production of 4.800 Kg/h.
The steam recovery boiler is of the forced circulation type and with a pressure level of 7 barg.
The operating temperatures of thermal oil boiler are range between 240 °C and 260 °C and with a pressure of 6 barg.
